How long does it take to ship my order?

For in stock orders, please give our team 24-48 business hours to dispatch your order.

During periods of high volume sales this time may extend all the way up to 72 hours.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order you can submit a request by contacting our support team here.

Group buys, pre-orders, and sale items are not eligible for cancellation.

Can I combine orders?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it is not possible to combine it with any other pre-existing orders. The only option would be to cancel all orders and re-order with all the products you'd like combined. 

What is your return policy?

Customers have the option to return certain products up to 14 days after the order has been delivered to your doorstep. Please contact us to request a return via email or live chat. Once your return is approved and we receive your item, please allow our team 5 -7 business days for your refund to be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Products that have been used or are not in new condition are not eligible for refund. 

Group buys, pre-orders, limited items, and sale items are not eligible for refund.

What is your warranty period?

For defective orders or items, the warranty period is 30 days. Once 30 days have passed, you are no longer eligible for any type of warranty or reimbursement. 

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not been shipped, you can contact our customer support here to have your shipping address edited. 

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping (U.S. only).

Keycaps, group buys, and keyboards are not eligible for free shipping.

*Zaku switches are not eligible for free shipping.

What happens if my package goes missing in transit?

Bolsa Supply is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once the package has been fulfilled and is handed off to the courier, anything that happens afterwards is out of our hands. 

It is highly recommended to start an investigation on lost/missing packages with the courier that is being used for your order. 

We also offer Route Shipping Protection for all orders. For a small fee you can insure your package and in the event the package is lost or stolen, Route will be able to handle any reimbursements.

We highly recommend purchasing the protection to avoid losing out on a lost order.

What is a group buy?

A group buy is essentially a crowd funded sale, similar to a kickstarter. 

Products generally require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that must be met in order for the product to go into production. That means you are essentially paying in advanced for a product, and if MOQ is met the product will go into production and you will receive the product when the item has been made, shipped to us, and mailed out to you. 

If the MOQ is not met, the group buy will be canceled and you will be fully refunded.

What is the difference between a group buy and preorder?

The main difference between the two is a group buy is crowdfunded, and manufacturing does not start until the minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements of the product has been met. 

A pre-order on the other hand means that we have already started the manufacturing process of the item and there is no MOQ to be met. You are simply paying in advanced for a guaranteed spot in receiving that product. 

Generally pre-orders will see much shorter lead times than manufacturing, as pre-orders generally do not start until manufacturing is in its final stages. 

Can I cancel my group buy order?

As mentioned in the refund/return policy, all group buy and pre-order sales are final.
