💬 Big Bolsa Supply Update: What’s Next for Us
Hey everyone, I’m here with the biggest update we’ve dropped since starting Bolsa Supply, so buckle up.
We know things have been quiet. Maybe some of you didn’t even notice, and it's fair to assume a lot of folks have either moved on from keyboards or just don’t check in as often anymore. But on our end, we’ve been thinking a lot about what Bolsa’s future could (or should) be.
The short version?
We didn’t know what to do with it anymore.
⚙️ Why Things Went Silent
The keyboard space has shifted and honestly, so have we. Like many vendors, we’ve felt the decline in the hobby. But more importantly, our passion for it faded. Shawn and I just didn’t feel the same spark anymore, and that’s why it’s been quiet here for the last year.
Over the past two years, we’ve explored other ideas and projects. Some flopped, some are still ongoing. But the question in the back of our minds has always been the same: What do we do with Bolsa?
We’ve considered shutting it down more times than we can count. But something always held us back...the thought that maybe we weren’t done yet. Bolsa was our baby. We were early to the keyboard boom and at one point, became a real part of the scene. Letting it go completely didn’t feel right.
🔁 Introducing Our Next Chapter: Foundry One & Foundry Labs
After a lot of reflection, here’s the decision: We’re not shutting down. We’re evolving.
Bolsa Supply is getting a complete refresh. A rebrand into something that better reflects who we are today.
We’re introducing two new identities:

Foundry One – the spiritual successor to Bolsa Supply

Foundry Labs – our full-service design and manufacturing studio
🛠️ What Is Foundry One?
Foundry One is the evolution of Bolsa Supply; a shift toward designing and building things we’re truly passionate about.
Keyboards were just the beginning. We're taking the same care, curiosity, and community-driven approach and applying it to projects across lifestyle, consumer tech, interior design, fashion, and more.
(And yes…probably some keyboard stuff here and there.)
We’ve always said our hobby is hobbying. Foundry One gives us the freedom to follow that wherever it leads without being boxed in.
🧪 What Is Foundry Labs?
Foundry Labs is our new design and manufacturing studio.
While running Bolsa, we quietly took on side projects, helping friends and small brands bring ideas to life. And we loved it. Over time, we built a trusted network of designers, engineers, and suppliers that helped make our most complex ideas possible.
Foundry Labs is that process, formalized. From design and prototyping to branding, packaging, and logistics; we help creators turn ideas into real, manufacturable products.
Same team. Same standards. Just open to more than just us now.
🛒 What’s Happening to Bolsa Supply?
Foundry One will become our new home, with a new website and new products.
The Bolsa Supply site will remain up temporarily as we clear out inventory. Everything is currently 25% off, and we’ll be bumping it to 40% as soon as this post is live No discount code necessary.
Once things wind down, we’ll redirect the Bolsa site to Foundry One. The Discord server will also be rebranded to reflect the shift, but don’t worry, it’s not going anywhere. It’ll evolve into a more open community hub for Foundry One, with space to talk about keyboards, photography, design, tech, or anything else the brand explores.
📦 Outstanding Projects
We’ve got two final Bolsa-related projects to finish before the full transition:

Tastierarossa – We’ve had manufacturing issues with a factory in the keyboard space that we opted to take a shot on and ended up failing us (details in the Tastierarossa Discord), but we’re working on salvaging CNC’d units and moving surface treatment to our primary factory that has produced and fulfilled many of our projects both at Bolsa and outside.

Bolsa Row – This was queued with the same failing factory. We’ve decided to scrap that plan, eat the loss, and move production to our main factory. Just like we did with the GMK Bordeaux deskmats.
Both will get done. 100%.
🌿 Kicking Off Foundry One with Seido
We’re launching Foundry One with a new brand called Seido, a collaboration with our good friends at hid.n (remember the collaboration and event we did with them back in 2021?).
Seido focuses on clean, minimal home goods using premium materials and finishes. Our first product is the Seido Incense Chamber, heavily inspired by our keyboard design language, but reimagined in a new form.
It’s in stock and ready to ship now on the new Foundry One site.
⌨️ The Elephant in the Room: What About Keyboards?
Are keyboards/keyboard accessories completely out of our lives now? Will we still be making anything related to the space? The short answer is yes, we’ll still be making keyboard-related products, but not in the same Bolsa Supply fashion you would think.
While Foundry One isn’t centered around keyboards the way our past work was, it’s still part of who we are. When a concept excites us, we’ll make it.
Our first return to the space is already in motion: Damapad Type 2, the next iteration of our signature macropad, redesigned with more intention and a design language that best suits our tastes today. We plan on rolling this product out sometime this year, so be on the look out for it!
