A bit of a different update this week as this post will be solely regarding upcoming group buys as well as updates revolving around those group buys. 

BSUN Translucent Pandas

Lots of updates regarding these guys. First things first we'd like to discuss spring rate. In the interest check we had the option of both 62g and 67g. It was pretty much dead split between the two so we have decided to go with the most sensible option of letting you guys choose between 62g and 67g at check out during the group buy. We hope that providing both options will be a huge beneficiary to you guys when purchasing!

Next update is actually an excerpt, written directly by ThereminGoat who graciously provided a very in depth review of our switch. Here is what he had to say:

"The Clear Pandas sold by Bolsa Keyboards are of the newer, 5-Pin variety that has come as a result of BSUN choosing to update their existing line of Panda molds. Being the first groupbuy to run with these newer molds, these are the first chance for western markets to get to experience the newer Panda molds, which feature ever so slightly smoother stock switches. With respect to everyone’s fascination of using these for very interesting looking Holy Pandas, rest assured that they still very much produce the Holy Panda that everyone is interested in. Interestingly, though, as a result of the mold changes made by BSUN, these produce just a hair softer tactile bump than traditional Holy Pandas, taking off just an edge of the sharpness that makes using Holy Pandas for so long not quite as enjoyable as one would hope.

While ‘Clear Pandas’ have technically run before in a China-only groupbuy in mid-2019, these are the first BSUN Pandas to feature true all-clear housings while using BSUN’s new and updated Panda molds. These create that same strongly tactile feeling that people love in Holy Pandas, but with some of the edge taken off to make them usable for much longer.”

Made with the new, updated BSUN molds, the first truly ‘Clear Pandas’ will make arguably some of the neatest looking versions of the ‘new generation’ of Holy Pandas. Slightly louder and lighter on the ears, but also marginally less harsh on the tactile bump. These are the first chance to look into a newer, updated, and more reasonable Holy Panda"
